Gymland Delivery & Returns


All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Australia. All items imported into the EU attract VAT, which is added by customs and paid on the receiver’s end, which is very normal. In some instances, international deliveries may be held up by customs, which Gymland Sportswear cannot accept liability for. Please be aware of this before making your purchase as this could delay your delivery.

Gymland Sportswear accepts the following payment methods: PayPal and credit card (Mastercard and Visa). Gymland Sportswear reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If your order is cancelled, we will notify you via email and a full refund will be processed using the original payment method received.

Gymland Sportswear cannot accept liability for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, strikes etc.)

All our orders come with tracking and once they leave our warehouse, Gymland Sportswear cannot accept liability for items lost in transit, sent to the wrong address, stolen and/or signed by someone else. Please ensure you double check your order shipping address.

Postage and handling costs are non-refundable and cannot be covered by Gymland Sportswear (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). Duties/taxes for countries outside of Australia are also not covered by Gymland Sportswear.

Please note that it is NOT possible to make a delivery to a PO Box.



We hope you love your Gymland Sportswear purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product, please send us an email via  highlighting the reasons you're unsatisfied with the product. You will be eligible to our 14 day 100% money back guarantee once you return your item within 14 days of receiving it and it meets the below criteria.

  • Items purchased from GYMLAND are eligible for return within 14 days of receiving the order. Please inspect your products as soon as they arrive and remember that we want to find a new home for that piece, which is why we request that all items are returned in original, unworn condition with tags attached. That means items returned with any make up or fake tan stains, odour or any damage are not eligible for return. 
  • We are also not responsible for washed items that turn out differently if the washing instructions were not followed. You can contact us if you have an issue and we'd be happy to help you though.
  • Please choose carefully - once your order is placed, we are unable to modify/cancel the order


  • Please note All sale items are non refundable, if you would like a sale item returned you are eligible for a store credit or you may have your items exchanged. 
  • Sale items are anything in the sale section, items reduced in price or clearance. 
         3. EXCHANGE or REFUND
    • While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for return. You will be refunded with store credit in the amount you have paid for and then you can choose your favourite item again.
    • On the rare occurrence that you do receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at   and provide us with a photo of the fault or incorrect item, your order number and complete name. Our customer care team will contact you and offer you a solution.  Please do not return any incorrect or damaged goods before getting in touch with our customer care team through our email. 
         5. TO RETURN AN ITEM
    •  Contact us at to get your RETURN FORM sent to you. It is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund. 
    • Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of having received your order (as per tracking info). If customer has returned products more than 5 times in total, we can deny a return based on the circumstances of the return and exchange. 
    • Please mail back your order in a traceable shipping service (we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages).
    • Please keep your tracking number/receipt. You will be notified by email once your returns have been processed.
