Shipping and Delivery 

WHICH COUNTRIES DOES GYMLAND SHIP TO? 

Through our delivery partners, we can ship to over 200 countries worldwide. All the countries we ship to are here. You will have the option at checkout to choose your preferred method of global shipping. Please note that all Customs Duties and Import Taxes are the responsibility of the Customer. You may be required to pay these fees prior to delivery of your order.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? 

Shipping costs for your order can be viewed at checkout as we want to be fair and they will vary according to your address. 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

You can view dispatch & delivery times at checkout. It varies from country to country and city to city.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

During our launch week we ask that you give our fulfillment team at least 5 days to have all the orders fulfilled, even though we’ll work hard to dispatch it as soon as possible. The shipping time frame selected during checkout begins once your package is in the hands of the shipping courier, not when your order is placed.

Returns and Exchanges 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We hope you love your Gymland Sportswear purchase! However, if for any reason you are unhappy with it, simply send your product back to us within 14 days of receiving your item and we will be happy to accept your return considering it meets the below criteria.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Any shipping costs paid are non-refundable.
  • All items must be returned in original, unworn condition with tags attached. That means items returned with any make up or fake tan stains, odour or any damage are not eligible for return.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BE CREDITED?

Once we receive your return, we will thoroughly inspect the items, process the return, and send you an email with your online store credit within 7-10 business days. Once you receive the credit, you will be able to use it towards any future online purchase at gymlandsporstwear.com within the next 3 months. 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for return. You will be refunded with store credit in the full amount and then you can choose your favourite item again.

I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM

 On the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@gymlandsportswear.com and provide us with a photo of the fault or incorrect item, your order number and complete name. Our customer care team will contact you and offer you a solution.  Please do not return any incorrect or damaged goods before getting in touch with our customer care team through our email.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE SIZING CHART?

We have a sizing chart on each product page and all our products fit very true to size. If you are in between sizes, the best bet would be to size up.

DO YOU HAVE GYMLAND GIFT CARDS? AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE IT?

We sure do, as we know your fit friends would love it! You can find our gift cards here. (generate a link to the product)

Gift cards are sent electronically via email within 24 hours of the purchase. If you want the gift card to be sent directly to the recipient, you can have the redemption details email sent directly to them. Just ensure you enter the correct recipient email address. 

And any purchases made with a gift card where an exchange is requested, the credit will be sent to the same gift card used in the order. 

HOW LONG ARE GIFT CARDS VALID FOR?

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once orders are placed, unfortunately we cannot make any changes to it. You may submit a request to cancel your order, however, once our team has fulfilled it, we won’t be able to cancel it.
