IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU ORDER
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Australia. All items imported into the EU attract VAT, which is added by customs and paid on the receiver’s end, which is very normal. In some instances, international deliveries may be held up by customs, which Gymland Sportswear cannot accept liability for. Please be aware of this before making your purchase as this could delay your delivery.
Gymland Sportswear accepts the following payment methods: PayPal and credit card (Mastercard and Visa). Gymland Sportswear reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If your order is cancelled, we will notify you via email and a full refund will be processed using the original payment method received.
Gymland Sportswear cannot accept liability for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, strikes etc.)
All our orders come with tracking and once they leave our warehouse, Gymland Sportswear cannot accept liability for items lost in transit, sent to the wrong address, stolen and/or signed by someone else. Please ensure you double check your order shipping address.
Postage and handling costs are non-refundable and cannot be covered by Gymland Sportswear (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). Duties/taxes for countries outside of Australia are also not covered by Gymland Sportswear.

You can view dispatch & delivery times at checkout. It varies from country to country and city to city.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. Please check your junk, spam and promotion boxes as they might got here at first. Otherwise search for emails from contact@gymlandsportswear.com
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We’ll work hard to dispatch it maximum within 2 working days, however we usually dispatch on the same or next day. The shipping time frame selected during checkout begins once your package is in the hands of the shipping courier, not when your order is placed.
